Complete your paperwork online and our Onboarding Concierge handles the rest. Most agents are up and running within 48 hours, depending on MLS activation.
How does 100% commission work at HomeSmart?
You keep 100% of your commission on every transaction, with no broker splits. Your costs are:
- Monthly fee: $69 via ACH or $74 via credit card (both include your GAMLS membership)
- Transaction fee: $499 per closed transaction
- Risk reduction fee: $45 per transaction
Are technology, training, and support really included?
Yes. RealSmart Agent, office access at our Alpharetta location, support staff, and all training are included at no additional cost.
When can I reach a broker?
Our brokers are available 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. When you call, a broker picks up, not a voicemail box.
Does HomeSmart support real estate teams?
Yes. Team leaders set their own structure and splits while every member keeps full access to HomeSmart's technology and support. Leaders can also post openings in our Team Recruiting module, which is visible to every agent in the company who isn't already on a team.
Can I do commercial deals at HomeSmart?
Yes. Commercial transactions are handled in-house with broker review, so you can work residential and commercial deals under one roof.
